Projects Department
The Project Department has been established to fulfill tasks such as ensuring the organizational development of the Institute in accordance with the goals of the Education and Research Institute, managing its transformation, and ensuring its continuous improvement. In this context, the department follows project management processes to prepare research and development projects for the institute, conduct activities aimed at improving the quality of existing projects and research, and provide coordination related to the application of projects.
The objectives of the Projects Department are as follows:

Guide the Education and Research Institute regarding project management.

Ensure the establishment of a corporate project culture by educating internal stakeholders in the institute about project approaches, project preparation, and project management.

Adapt the project corporate memory of the IDEIS Foundation into the body of the Education and Research Institute.

Prioritize local and international projects that the Institute can apply for according to their importance.

Conduct local and national project research suitable for any idea the Institute wants to project or services they want to provide.

Perform follow-ups related to local and international research and projects, make project announcements, and ensure coordination with the relevant departments.

Carry out necessary correspondence and coordination with relevant departments and institutions/organizations during the processes of acceptance, revision, resubmission after rejection, and implementation of projects prepared by the Institute.

Develop strategies to increase the potential for developing joint projects and ensuring cooperation between the Institute and external stakeholders.

Participate in other studies provided by the Education and Research Institute.
